How to order

  1. Select the products, and add to basket. Fill your name, address, telephone numbers, and email.
  2. Choose the method of payment: via PAYPAL, or MONEY TRANSFER.
  3. If you select transferring money, please make sure that you send the transfer receipt to verify your payment on the website page, or email us your receipt of payment.
  4. We will confirm your order to your email address.
  5. Wait for your parcel to be delivered.

Delivery and Services

We deliver the products via J&T and other suitable shipping firms. If you have your personal shipping company, please let us know by email or LINE @principleasia.

For normal delivery, if the order was made before 15:00 hours, we will be able to handle it within 1-2 days. For Bangkok and suburban areas, you will receive the parcels in 1-2 days. For other provinces, it might take around 3-5 days.

Oversea Order

We provide DHL or the favourite shipping companies of your choices. Please inform us at customer@principleasia.com. You are responsible for the shipping cost and tax. We will email you the invoice of your order and provide the easiest payment channel to serve you as soon as we can.

How to Pay

There are two ways to choose: Money Transfer or via PAYPAL.

For money transfer, here is necessary information:

We have the right to refuse the cancellation of orders. There are two cases that we accept the cancellation: 1) the repeated orders or 2) some difficult location or destination.

Exchange or Return

There are different conditions to exchange or return. If you purchase on our website www.principleasia.com, please return the products in good condition-not opened or used-with the receipt of payment within 14 days (from the day the parcel was sent to the shipping company).

**We have the right to deny any return if you made mistakes of wrong sizes, or type of products or returned gifts on all promotions.

To return the Products Purchased from Online Shopping at www.principleasia.com:

  1. Contact our customer service at telephone numbers 084.662.9900 on Monday to Friday at 8:00-17:00 hr. or Write to us and give us your reasons of the return via email.
  2. We will accept your request according to our policies.
  3. All the promotion giveaways or rewards from your purchase will be return to us. For the other partial refund, you have to return all of giveaways or rewards to our address.
  4. You have to return the products and other gifts to us within 7 days after you informed us. You are responsible for all shipping cost.
  5. Please make sure that the products were wrapped carefully to avoid any brakeage. After we received the products, we will refund to you within 14 days.
  6. After the refund, you will be informed via email.

Allergic Reaction Return Policies


  1. Contact our customer service at telephone numbers 084.662.9900 on Monday to Friday at 8:00-17:00 hr. Otherwise, write to us and give us your reasons of the return via email.
  2. Attach pictures of allergic symtoms.
  3. Explain how you use the products. Describe the process of usage or explain to us if you apply the other products.
  4. Attach the medical certification to verify if allergic reactions are caused by using the products.
  5. Please fill in the provided form that we send you.

Damage from Shipping

If there is any damage caused by shipping, we will exchange the new items for you. Please let us know as soon as possible. Please contact us within 3 days if you purchase on our website.

When you received the parcel, please check it as soon as you can. We will be able to serve you as quick as we can to help you solve the problems that might occur.

  2. Picture of damaged parcel
  3. Picture of the wrap
  4. Or giving us the VDO records.

Return on Other Online Marketplace Purchase

Please contact our staff that you purchase the products from. The return and refunds are according to each marketplace policies.

Cancellation on Shopping at www.principleasia.com

If you placed an order from our website www.principleasia.com, you will be able to cancel immediately within one day by letting us know your request by calling us at 084.662.9900 on Monday to  Friday at 8:00-17:00 hours. We have the right to deny it, if the products are packed in the box.


We will refund to your account within 14 days if you place an order on our website www.principleasia.com. Please make sure that you have read and understand that we have to follow our policies. We will refund to you according to your payment channel.

  1. If you paid via PAYPAL, we will refund to you via PAYPAL.
  2. If you transfer the money, we will refund to the person whose name appears on the bank receipt only. If you want to refund on the other bank account, you have to provide us the copy of ID.card to verify your request.
  3. You will receive an email from us to let you know when the refund is succeeded.
